Master brewer, Oikawa proudly presents Kano, made using locally grown Yamadanishiki, which is polished lower than 35% and slowly fermented.

Kano won a Gold Prize for 16 consecutive years in the National Bureau’s Research Institute of Brewing.

 

☆Product attributes
Kano is an artistic sake well-balanced in flavor and aroma.
Fresh and smooth. A sweet fragrance spreads through your mouth with each sip characterized by the distinctive flavor of gingyoshu.
